I’ve worn every hat but the intern’s—builder, operator, fixer, closer. I’ve led everything from $1M startups to $300M companies, with teams as small as 2 and as big as 2,000. I’ve built brands, cleaned up chaos, and rewritten pitch decks at 2 a.m. because sometimes, that’s what it takes.

From legacy brands to new ventures, I’ve launched global icons like O, The Oprah Magazine and De Beers Jewelers, and helped scale standout startups like CultureMap and Supernatural. I know how to build what’s next.
